Tips for users:

  • A trinocular microscope features two eyepieces for viewing with both eyes simultaneously, plus a third eyepiece space at the top.
  • The distance between the two eyepieces is adjustable (48–76 mm).
  • The table comes standard with an X-Y table on ball bearings and vertical coaxial control (range 75 x 36 mm), enabling precise movement of preparations.
  • Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment knobs with 180 graduations, 1.1 µm per graduation, 200 µm per rotation, and a range of roughly 19 mm. Includes an adjustable preparation protector to prevent damage to objectives and preparations; coarse control is also equipped with friction control.
  • Removable preparation holder.
  • Height-adjustable Zernike phase condenser (N.A. 1.25) with rotatable disk (4 phases) and bright field opening. Includes iris diaphragm, filter holder, neutral filter, and green filter.
